All designs, illustrations, brand marks, logos, characters, slogans, product names, and clothing patterns shown on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Tristan Williams, operating under the brand STROKEYS™. This includes, but is not limited to:

• The STROKEYS™ name in all fonts, stylizations, and applications

• The peace-sign golf hand logo, in all colorways and variations

• The “Lucky Duck” character / Duckster™, including all poses, color schemes, and iterations (e.g., duck sipping whiskey, duck on golf bag, duck with cigars, etc.)

• All graphics, memes, sayings, slogans, and phrases associated with or sold by the Strokeys™ brand

• Any product packaging, taglines, sticker designs, swim trunk patterns, limited drops, and in-house collections

• All physical and digital representations of the above items

These assets are protected under United States Common Law Trademark Rights as established and enforced by the Lanham Act (15 U.S. Code § 1051 et seq.), through continuous use in commerce and widespread brand recognition.

All designs—whether or not formally registered—are considered legally protected trademarks and trade dress. Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or adaptation of any Strokeys™ designs, products, or intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action. This includes DMCA takedowns, cease-and-desist letters, platform strikes, and full pursuit of civil damages and/or injunctive relief in a court of law.
